What is Operon?

Operon is an all-in-one operations platform for home-service businesses (lawn care, landscaping, cleaning, and field services). It combines CRM, scheduling, invoicing and payments, estimates, contracts, accounting, analytics, and an embedded AI operator named Travis.

Home-service business owners and operators (lawn care, landscaping, cleaning, and field services), their office/admin staff, and field employees.

What plans are available?

Free, Starter ($29.99/mo), Pro ($44.99/mo), and Enterprise ($99.99/mo). Website Studio is a paid add-on on Pro and Enterprise.

What is Travis?

Travis is Operon's embedded AI operator. It answers questions and can execute business actions through a permissioned tool set, always requiring approval for money movement and customer-facing messages.

Can Travis send messages or charge cards on its own?

No. Sending invoices, emails, SMS, contracts, payment links, and charging or refunding cards always require human approval and cannot be auto-executed in any mode.

Does Operon work on iPhone?

Yes. Operon has a native iOS app. Plan purchases on iOS use Apple In-App Purchase. The Website Studio builder is web-only.

How does Operon take payments?

Through Operon Pay, built on Stripe Connect — businesses connect their own Stripe account. Online checkout works everywhere; Tap to Pay works on supported iPhones.

Is Website Studio available?

Yes. Website Studio is a live paid add-on for Pro and Enterprise plans, including AI site building, publishing, custom domains, and built-in lead capture (web only).

What does EstimateAI do?

It generates professional estimates with AI-calculated line items, labor, and materials based on your pricing, with a rule-based fallback.

Is my data isolated from other businesses?

Yes. Every request is scoped to your business, and the server never trusts client-supplied plan or business identifiers.
