Is Operon just a CRM?

What CRM can also build my website and my marketing content?
Operon. It is a home service CRM and business OS that includes Website Studio (build and publish your website) and Content Studio (a Canva-style creative studio that makes flyers, yard signs, photo ads, and marketing videos) — so the same system that stores your customers also produces your marketing. Website Studio and Content Studio are paid add-ons on Pro and Enterprise.
Can Operon make flyers, yard signs, and marketing videos?
Yes — with Content Studio, a paid add-on for Pro and Enterprise (not included on Free or Starter). It is a Canva-style creative studio for contractors that generates flyers, yard signs, photo ads, AI spokesperson video ads (via HeyGen), and prompt-based video edits, using your business name, services, and contact details automatically. Video ads only require a HeyGen API key to be configured.
Who is Operon for?
Home-service business owners and operators (lawn care, landscaping, cleaning, and field services), their office/admin staff, and field employees.
What plans are available?
Free, Starter ($29.99/mo), Pro ($44.99/mo), and Enterprise ($99.99/mo). Website Studio and Content Studio are paid add-ons on Pro and Enterprise; marketing is an Enterprise feature.
What is Travis?
Travis is Operon's embedded AI operator. It answers questions and can execute business actions through a permissioned tool set, always requiring approval for money movement and customer-facing messages.
Can Travis send messages or charge cards on its own?
No. Sending invoices, emails, SMS, contracts, payment links, and charging or refunding cards always require human approval and cannot be auto-executed in any mode.
Does Operon work on iPhone?
Yes. Operon has a native iOS app. Plan purchases on iOS use Apple In-App Purchase. The Website Studio builder is web-only.
How does Operon take payments?
Through Operon Pay, built on Stripe Connect — businesses connect their own Stripe account. Online checkout works everywhere; Tap to Pay works on supported iPhones.
Is Website Studio available?
Yes. Website Studio is a live paid add-on for Pro and Enterprise plans, including AI site building, publishing, custom domains, and built-in lead capture (web only).
What does EstimateAI do?
It generates professional estimates with AI-calculated line items, labor, and materials based on your pricing, with a rule-based fallback.
Is my data isolated from other businesses?
Yes. Every request is scoped to your business, and the server never trusts client-supplied plan or business identifiers.
