- Gmail data is used only to provide the user-requested email communication features.
- Gmail data is not sold to any third party.
- Gmail data is not used for advertising purposes.
- Gmail data is not shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the Service or to comply with applicable law.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Operon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Operon only uses Gmail data to provide user-facing email communication features requested by the user. Operon does not use Gmail data for advertising, does not sell Gmail data, and does not allow humans to read Gmail data except when necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or with the user's explicit permission.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, cloud hosting providers), subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Account section in Settings, or from our public account-deletion page at www.operon-app.com/delete-account (no login required). Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where limited financial and audit records must be retained to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

To exercise these rights, contact us at alexpaisley@operavallc.com.
11. Third-Party Services & Data Processors

These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
12. Email Communications
When you create an Operon account, we may use the email address you provide to send you account-related messages, onboarding help, product updates, trial reminders, support messages, offers, and other communications related to Operon.
You can opt out of non-essential marketing or promotional emails at any time through your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Even if you opt out of marketing or promotional emails, we may still send essential transactional or account-related messages, such as security notices, billing notices, password reset emails, important service updates, and legal notices.
13. SMS / Text Messaging
Operava LLC (operating the Operon OS platform) may collect your mobile phone number and evidence of your SMS consent — including the opt-in wording shown to you, the consent timestamp, the source of the opt-in, and the disclosure version — when you choose to receive text messages.
Messages may include customer support, account and service notifications, appointment reminders, billing and invoice reminders, product updates, and occasional marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messaging you requested (for example, our telecommunications carrier), and only for that purpose — never for their marketing.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting alexpaisley@operavallc.com. You may request deletion of your mobile number and consent records at any time, subject to limited retention required for legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
You can review the SMS opt-in disclosures and provide consent at https://www.operon-app.com/sms-opt-in. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.
